Fantasy Pieck'em

Product Design

Fantasy Pick’Em is a sports fantasy platform that lets users make simple predictions on player performances across multiple sports. As the product designer, my goal was to create an intuitive experience that blends the excitement of fantasy with the simplicity of prop betting, making it easy and fun for fans to engage and win.

Requirement (Business problem)

The company needed to sell this fantasy sports product to other businesses. To do that, we had to make it easy and fast to customize the app with different styles and colors for each client. This would help the company increase sales by showing potential clients a working version with their own brand.

Issue (User problem)

The design didn’t have a proper system behind it, so every time we had to make changes, it was messy and slow. Some buttons were too small, the player cards looked confusing, and the checkout wasn’t working well. This made the product harder to use and harder to sell.

Design (Solution)

We built a complete design system using atomic structure and flexible modes. We redesigned the player cards: made the buttons bigger, cleaned up the layout, and made everything easier to read. We also improved the user feedback, like animations and sounds to make the experience more fun and interactive.

End result (Impact/Outcome)

Thanks to the new design system and improvements, the company was able to quickly customize the platform for different clients. This helped close more deals and attract new brands that wanted to use the app with their own sports identity.
